Here is great-grannies pickles as promised. (see ginger pickles) I haven’t any pictures cause I haven’t made these before. If’n you make em, send me a photo please and I will insert it.
1 Cup Vinegar (Distilled)
2 Tablespoons Water
3 Tablespoons Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Salt & Pepper
Bring to boil, remove from heat and cool.
Add thin sliced Cucumbers peel on & Onions in jar and add liquid.
Refrigerate 24 hours and serve.
Will last several months. Onions are optional
