How does such a tiny kitchen as mine, or yours maybe, function with so little counter space? As long as you have an assortment of cutting boards you are in business. Pull our a drawer, lay a towel over the utensils or whatnot thats in there to keep flour and such from falling in, and lay a cutting board over it. Instant counter space! I usually have 2 or 3 cutting boards set up when I am in full swing in the kitchen.
